sub-files under sub-folders, like oscommerce contributions page url

hi, i am having trouble with sub-files under sub-folders . just like

 

oscommerce's cont. section, there url there is

 

http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions

 

 

 

so taking mine

 

http://www.sitename.com/folder/file.php

 

my osc shop is in the root folder. is there a way i can do it, i need just pages as simple as shipping.php out there. any help will be great
