sumario Posted May 24, 2006 Posted May 24, 2006 is it possible to have different options for products which will alter the price of the product? reason behind this is i been searching for various shopping carts with out success which meets my needs. i am creating a website for a furniture retailer and one of the main things they sell are beds. Now being beds, each type of bed can come and many sizes at different prices. for example, a 5 ft bed can be prices at ?200 and the same bed but in a 3ft size could be like ?100. and then anther type of bed at the size of 5ft at ?500 and 4ft 6" priced at ?350. I hope you understood what i am looking for and you can be able to help me. Thank you.

It's a standard feature of osCommerce - you can give a product a 'base' price and assign attributes to it that can alter the price. E.g. Bed = $100 3 ft = +$0 5 ft = +$200 (sorry, can't do pound sign on my keyboard :) )And so on and so forth... Hope this helps :) ~Barbara~
JSA Posted May 24, 2006 Posted May 24, 2006 I believe that is standard functionality for OSC. Regards, JSA
