STS4.1 enabled site will not display

I read the docs and installed STS4.1 correctly.

 

The Problem is when I turn on the 'defualt' STS module I can no longer get to my home page. I turn the STS module off and my homepage is back.

 

Can anyone advise on what is the problem? My server logs are not showing errors, so I'm lost...

 

Here is my config:

 

Default template (v1.0.4)

Use Templates?

true

 

Code for debug output

debug

 

Files for normal template

sts_user_code.php

 

Template folder

test (I tried full and I get the same thing)

 

Default template file

sts_template.html
