Flat Rate (Best Way) - How to change

My store is nearly ready to go, I've just go one thing bugging me. On the order confirmation page it lists the shipping method as:

 

Flat Rate (Best Way)

 

Anyone know how I can edit this? I'd probably change it to something like Royal Mail so my customers know who is delivering their items.
