Payment problem checkout_payment.php

A customer places an order and wants to checkout, untill checkout_payment everything goes fine. @ checkout_payment.php the customer gets a blank screen.

 

I noticed the payment modules are not displayed in the admin, nor they can be edited. Every module is still on the server.

 

The only thing changed is that PHP was upgraded to 442. No error is mentioned anywhere

 

I found nothing out of the ordinary, please advise
