Guest Posted May 23, 2006 Posted May 23, 2006 Ok, I am new here. I am a PHP developer so I kind of know what I am doing. I am using a script call DigiStore which is built on osCommerce. I have been pretty happy with it up until now. I live in the United States, in Arizona to be accurate. Unfortunately I have to charge state sales tax to anyone who purchases an item from me that lives within Arizona. I have no problem doing this off the store but when someone is using the online store to purchase something I will need the store to charge the sales tax, but only if the state they user is in is Arizona. I have following the instructions for setting up the Countries, Zones and such but when I choose the Tax Zone it automatically changes the price of the item and adds the tax. This is not correct. It needs to add the tax to the item within the shopping cart and only of the users location is in Arizona. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you! Store located here: http://staging.fmrindustries.com
