Infobox placement

Hello all,

 

I have been working on a site for a few months off and on now and I am finally deciding what I want to do with my infoboxes. I have a centered shop using CSS and I would like to move my categories/any other box all the way to the edge touching the border and also move it all up/down so that it touches 100% the header navigation and footer. Basically I want my infoboxes to accomplish the same look as this site (http://www.modyourcar.com.au/myc_profile.php). I tried playing around with cell padding and such in the index.php file but I was not able to make it work.
