I am getting a Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class cc_validation in /home/content/p/d/d/username/html/includes/classes/cc_validation.php on line 13

 

I am using Paypal website payments pro,

although i also get this error when using just the standard cc from oscommerce, any help would be appreciated.
