Advice needed

I have a website www.jokingaround.co.uk which is based on oscommerce I am told, it uses an sql database.

The problem I am having is some customers are being missed, the site admin and sql is capturing them as a customer but not as an order.

The only way I can check is to look at worldpay payments made and to search through the sql for a customer id and then customer add to basket value.

Any advice would be welcome as my developer seems to be having trouble getting to the bottom of this.
