Enabling/disabling payment module per shipping method

Hi,

 

I have searched the forum the best I could and never been able to find an answer to this:

 

I want people to be able to choose between shipping and pickup. But in the payment option section, I want the COD disabled for those who choose shipping. In other words, I want the COD option only available when the pickup method is selected.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
