No individual tags in Custom META Tags per Item mod

I installed the contribution, Custom META Tags per Item v1.0, on a local machine.

 

However, when I installed this contribution on two online shops, only the default tags show up. There are input windows in Admin allowing you to set individual tags for each product and category, and although the data I entered is present in my databases, it is not showing when I access the individual pages, just the default tags.

 

Everything seems to be the same as far as I can tell for both the local and remote sites. I am baffled. Help would be appreciated.

I have continued to pursue the problem referred to above. (Note that I am following my own previous post.) In doing so I have found out that my ISP is running MySQL version 4.0.21 and PHP version 4.3.4, while my local machine is running MySQL 4.1.7 and PHP 5.0.3.

 

My ISP would like to have some indication that the differences in versions could be a cause of my problem before upgrading MySQL and/or PHP.

 

Does anybody have an idea. If so, I would appreciate hearing about it.
