the final five (errors)

hi, i have a huge error i dont know , but i see in my admin that is seo url's without any files that it should have to run, it's causing problems as suppose i am viewing tools or any other menu, and the details of configuration comes in. i dont even know where this coming from, what should i do. one more thing it shows a error regarding genral.php in admin, but the seo url's work fine, should i paste any files here
