Guest Posted May 21, 2006 Posted May 21, 2006 Hi everyone. I just finished installing Country Based Shipping and hope someone here can help me with a small problem I seem to be having. When I define to ship a product to my default Tax Zone - in this case, Vermont - it does as the instructions say; it ships everywhere within the United States, not limited to the state of Vermont. However, when I create a Tax Zone that includes the United States and Canada, and try to define shipping a product to that zone, the store won't recognize the United States as a valid shipping country (it gives me the error message), but it does recognize Canada. Is there not a way to define a zone that allows shipping within your own country, and also to a few other countries? Thanks for any help! :-) Quote
