Product attributes on a report?

I'm trying to set this up to sell clothing items. I need to generate a report once a day or week or whatever so I'll know what to order. I don't see a way to generate a list of items ordered by attributes. In other words, I don't need to know how many Henley shirts were ordered, I need to know how many medium, blue Henley shirts were ordered, and how many x-large white Henley shirts were ordered, etc. Is there a way to do this? Thanks.
