Onstar Posted May 20, 2006 Share Posted May 20, 2006 Hi, Can someone please give me some help? I have problems when order is placed in my store. 1. IF order is placed and and authorizenet is selected as method of payment, Customer Address, name, Shipping address etc does not show up in the packing slip or invoice. No customer information is displayed. 2. Email is not sent to the customer after order is placed. 3. Finally, this might be a security problem. If a customer forgets his password, it seems that OSc can email password to any email address without matching with original registered email address. Thanks for your help.
