Please help. How to poblish site to ....

Hello every one. I have a silly question and need help.

I changed the host last week and they promised me to transfer my site within 2 hours.

now a week later not only they didn't finish the transfer, they manage to destroy my site

completely. All left of the site is "List of files". I am not programmer and don't know how to fix it.

I can not trust those guys either. Can some one tell me what to do?

I greatly appreciate any help.

Do you have ftp access to the files? where is this 'list of files'?
