bobg7
Do you have a complete backup of your files and database? If you do, delete everything your host has loaded, load the backed up database and files, edit the configure.php files to point to the new database and it should be OK. Installed Contributions: CCGV, Close Popup, Dynamic Meta Tags, Easy Populate, Froogle Data Feeder, Google Position, Infobox Header Entire Row, Live Support for OSC, PayPal Seal with CC images, Report_m Sales, Shop by Price Revised, SQL Updater, Who's Online Enhancement, Footer, GNA EP Assistant and still going. rabbitseffort
this is pretty vauge--did you edit your config files also? More info will be needed "I must admit that I personally measure success in terms of the contributions an individual makes to her or his fellow human beings." ---Margaret Mead--- "The answer is never the answer. What's really interesting is the mystery. If you seek the mystery instead of the answer, you'll always be seeking. I've never seen anybody really find the answer -- they think they have, so they stop thinking. But the job is to seek mystery, evoke mystery, plant a garden in which strange plants grow and mysteries bloom. The need for mystery is greater than the need for an answer. --Ken Kesey"

What does your new host have to say about this? They should fix it if they offerred to transfer the site. If they don't know how, then you may want to look for another host before you get in too deep. nat8100
As Jack asked, do you have access to your site with your old host.. i.e. is it still live somewhere? What you mean "Is your database populated?"? You need to create the database with your new host.. hopefully you should have a backup which you will need to restore. Basically.. steps to move your site. - Backup database, download files from old host - upload files to new host - restore database - edit configure files Your new host should be able to help with this, otherwise, as Jack also said, you should look for another host. Jack_mcs
My guess is that they just have the configure file messed up. You could try posting it here, minus the sensitive data, for someone to look at. spax
I think this may be a STS issue. If you view source on your page, you have 2 base href <base href="http://www.gourmetcollection.com/"> Your old domain? <base href="http://baskets4u.com/"> Your new one. The page is calling for a JavaScript from the old domain which is doing something with application top. There is alot of mixed code in there and I don't know enough about STS to tell you what to do but I think that is where some problems lie.

Guest
Well I think I can help with your product images. Those need to be in the catalog/images folder to link properly. It looks like they were just tossed into the catalog folder so moveing those into catalog/images might get them to show up.
Guest
Also if you have your database backup and the database name and password isn't the same at the new site as it was at the old site, then you need to change that in both your config files. Looking over your site it doesn't look like there is alot messed up I don't think. PM me with your email addy and I'll try and help you out some.
