Add to Cart - Cart Empty (Have Searched)

I am installing some contributions for a client. I had no need to test the checkout process or add to cart even prior to this, so I am not sure if it is a problem from before or if it is new.

 

I have installed the Affiliate and PWA contribs (All Products as well, but that does not affect really any files). I had also installed GroupDiscounts, but uninstalled that. I tried adding a product to the cart to test the PWA, but it shows up that the cart is empty.

 

I have searched the forum, and found tons of threads dealing with this issue. However, they all seemed to be solved by checking the cookie path in includes/configure.php (done), removing the "www." from configure (also done), or by setting "Force Cookies" to false in the admin. The cookie path is correct, I have removed the www., and Force Cookies is set to false, but the problem remains.

 

Can anyone clue me in on what else could cause this problem? I have installed PWA multiple times in the past, without this problem, so I would be inclined to think that it is not related to that. As I mentioned, the problem could have existed before I installed the contrib as well.

 

My client has also informed me that he has had this problem in the past, but cannot recall what steps were taken to solve it.
