Does anyone know how this could work with OScommerce? Would I have to have someone develop something for me in order to sell Ringtones and have customers download the tone and install them on their phones.

If you want people to download songs to their desktop and then upload them to their phones.. that can be done... I run a music download store... if you want to be able to send the downloads OTA (over the air) to their phones...
