martbean
A website we're working on uses Optimal Payments (the same as Firepay) for taking payment, which is fine, except that the customer has to click the link to return to our site (to checkout_process.php) otherwise the order is not taken. The system can be configured to call a page if the payment is successful. I've tried making it call checkout_process.php but since it's done from the Optimal Payments server, OSC doesn't recognise it and redirects to the login page (all this is done in the background but looking at Who's Online I can see what's happening). An order ID can be added to the URL called but since the order doesn't have an ID until it's added I'm not sure if this helps. So, can anyone think of a way I can get this to record the order information so it's not lost when customers don't remember to click back to the site? Thanks, Martin.
