Guest Posted May 19, 2006 Share Posted May 19, 2006 Hello! I've been trying to add additional pages under my Information Box, need to add a FAQ page, About Us page and a Customized Orders page. I found the instructions in the Knowledge Base and followed them to a T. When I click on the added link (I started with my FAQ page) it takes me to the faq.php page but then it says "page cannot be found" - http 404 error. I've gone over the code several times, even have redone all the pages to see if I missed something the first time, but I still get the same results. ♥14steve14 Posted May 19, 2006 Share Posted May 19, 2006 I had a similar problem when following the same instructions. If you follow them exactly, you will get a page cannot be found error. What you need to do is to open your includes/filenames fiolder and add a define for each of the new pages. That if i remember correctly will correct your problem. Guest Posted May 19, 2006 Share Posted May 19, 2006 Thanks Steve, I had it listed in the includes/filenames folder already. I somehow managed to fix it by fiddling around. Can a php expert tell me if capitalization of filenames matters? That's the only thing that I can figure was different. I had "FAQ" in some places and "faq" in others.
