Cal1875 Posted May 19, 2006 Posted May 19, 2006 Hi I'm trying to login to my clients website but I get directed to this address: https://index.php/?osCsid=ccc9127559721e248ddfabd6bd4252b0 and get the following message: Server not found Firefox can't find the server at index.php. * Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com * If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. * If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web. Website addresss is: http://www.pressurewashers.uk.com/ ANY IDEAS? Regards Callum
chooch Posted May 19, 2006 Posted May 19, 2006 The address you have is HTTPS - do you have an SSL certificate installed? If not, remove the 's' and it'll find your clients site. Upon receiving fixes and advice, too many people don't bother to post updates informing the forum of how it went. Until of course they need help again on other issues and they come running back! Why receive the information you require in good faith for free, only to then have the attitude to ignore the people who gave it to you? There's no harm in saying, 'Thanks, it worked'. On the contrary, it creates a better atmosphere. CHOOCH

Hi Yes the site does have an SSL installed. Other https pages work fine, it is purely when trying to login with details from this page. Thanks for replying. Any further ideas? Regards Callum
Guest Posted May 19, 2006 Posted May 19, 2006 see if disabling the seo urls makes it work. Then start checking the seo code you have.
