You can do all these in your admin page your site www.domain.com/admin

or www.domain.com/catalog/admin.

 

then you can upload your products in catalog folder, modules for payment and shipping, and under Customer you can check your customers status and orders. and under Tools links where it say undefined you can check to see which customer go to your site and there IP address.

To edit your site you need a editor software such as Frontpage, dreamweaver etc.

to can also use notepad, but it doesn't give you much features

 

You also need a FTP software to transfer your domain website after you have make changes to your pages.

The one that I find very help and currently using is CuteFTP 7 Professional. This company give you a 30 days free trial.

 

I used it for 30 days and I find it very helpful.
