You?ll have to forgive me I?m totally new to this e-commerce set-up.

I have managed to set up the basics... but what I?m trying to do is;

 

1. Set it up so that any one from the EU (except the UK) would have to pay 10% extra on top of the cost of any item.

 

2. And pay a different tariff for postage

 

3. With insurance optional for all orders

 

I know the answer will be here on this forum somewhere but I can?t find any specific details to help.

 

I have been through many of the editing titles and made changes here and there but with no luck.

 

Any help would be great
