osclover Posted May 18, 2006 Share Posted May 18, 2006 My client's osc website's admin panel is protected by the cpanel based protection system. Somehow it got changed automatically. Now my client is not able to log in to his admin panel. I logged in to the cpanel, and added a new username and password to the admin directory but the directory is not accessible neither with the new username/password nor with the old username/password. Delete or rename the .htaccess and associated files form the admin directory and via you cpanel, create a new one. Installed Contributions: CCGV, Close Popup, Dynamic Meta Tags, Easy Populate, Froogle Data Feeder, Google Position, Infobox Header Entire Row, Live Support for OSC, PayPal Seal with CC images, Report_m Sales, Shop by Price Revised, SQL Updater, Who's Online Enhancement, Footer, GNA EP Assistant and still going.
