Without actually carrying out a test purchase, does OSCommerce send the customer an automated e-mail once they have order an item (or items) which says something like 'Thank you for your order, it will be dispatched with 24 hours...' ?? Hi, OsCommerce does send out an email thanking the customer for their order. You can also change the text in this email to whatever you want. Try a test purchase on your site...create a fake item and buy it for $.05. You should get a receipt email. I do not use paypal, I use a merchant account through another service provider, and they also send a receipt email to my customers.
