what folders do I upload

can anyone tell me what do i do, do I just upload the catalog folder?

 

or do i upload the extras folder the CHANGELOG FILE AND LICENSE FILE and the STANDARD FILE along with

pdf files and the html update doc as well with the catalog folder

 

seems a stupid question I know but I have done 4 installs now about to do a 5th one I?m just trying to eliminate all possibilities
