Can't open define languages

Hello,

 

I have a running shop and have now installed a second shop on a new domain. When trying to set the shop up I am getting the following message when trying to define language pages.

Warning: dir(/catalog/includes/languages/english): failed to open dir: Invalid argument in d:\hshome\dave0\whyshop.co.za\admin\define_language.php on line 152

The backup system won't see the folder and there are no payment modules showing in the configuration page. I have checked and all the files are in their correct positions in the file structure.

Anyone had similiar problems? Any ideas how I can resolve the problem?

I have done updates and re-installed, everything remains the same!
