Where can I get a horizontal menu in Admin?

I have a vertical menu in Admin (Configuration, Catalog, Moduls, etc.) on left side of page.

There is a horizontal menu on pictures in osCommerce Knowledge Base and I took notice of more possibilities, e.g. on page Shipping/Packaging is Default Shipping unit, but I haven't it in my Admin. :o

 

I have osCommerce 2.2-MS2.

 

Where is a problem? :huh:
