Banner Manager help

getting the following error message when in banner manager

 

Warning: imagepng(): Unable to open 'images/graphs/banner_infobox-9.png' for writing in /home/ignatoulas/domains/ignatoulas-lingerie-store.com.au/public_html/store1/admin/includes/classes/phplot.php on line 482

 

Any help appreciated.

You must set permissions on any directory you wish to be written to to 777 :)

Do you mean I simply CMOD 777 the /store1/ directory or the exact file /phplot.php?

I've CMOD 777 the exact file /phplot.php and I still get the same error.

cmod 777 your "graphs" directory is what he was saying I beleive.

probably your path is not setup properly. Check your catalog\admin\includes\configure.php

I am getting that error also, can't get any banner to show up!

You need to:

 

1) Make sure the admin/images/graphs folder is chmod777

2) chmod all of the files within that folder to 777

 

This is done quicker with a FTP program but can be done one at a time in phpMYadmin with file manager.

 

 

I also have a small issue that I cannot get rid of, it is TEXT_LAST_3_DAYS as my heading. I added a define in both English files and also noted that the define is also in banner_manager.php but the proper translation does not occur. So if that is happening to you and you find a fix, please let me know [email protected].
