How to change the Review Page a bit?

Hey everyone,

I am trying to make it so that only the first name appears on the review page as the reviewers name and I would like to increase the amount of characters that are shown on the review page for each review.

Found the character limitation in reviews.php.. now to figure out the name thing. i dont feel comfortable playing with that though, so i will wait for someone's response.
