URGENT Shipping Issue

I am having an issue with the standard table rate shipping module. I have the product weight set to 1200 grams for a test product and in the standard table rate shipping module I have it set up as 1000:4.50,1500:9.50,2000:15.50

(from 0 to 1000 grams shipping is $4.50, from 1000 to 1500 shipping is $9.50, from 2000 grams and on shipping is $15.50). For some reason the 1200 gram item's shipping shows up as $121.50 instead of $9.50. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

 

Note: When the table rate shipping is set up to the default 25:8.50,50:5.50,10000:0.00 the 1200 gram item's shipping shows up as $148.50 instead of $0. I have tried deleting the table.php file and installing a fresh table.php file from the latest oscommerce download with no luck.

it should picked up the correct amount. It is possible that if you modified the module and installed/uninstalled remnants of the definitions are still in the configuration table and the code picks up the incorrect entries. Check your sql configuration table with phpmyadmin specifically for duplicates of this module's definitions.

 

One other thing to check is the tare weight from the osc Admin. Set it to 0 for the shipping testing.
