Image on left of 'Your address book has been successfully updated' message

Hi

 

Thought I had asked this before but alas can find no query.

 

When you add an address you go back to the catalog/address_book.php page and you get this message at the top of the page:

 

Your address book has been successfully updated.

 

There is also a little image on the left of it.

 

Rather than making a new blank image, how do I get rid of it. In the address_book.php file it just calls this line from elsewhere but I cannot find it.
