Is there any contributs can do such things?

I am NEW to Oscommerce. The plenty of contributs is a good point, but it is too much for me to go through all of them.

 

Is there any one who can tell me if there were any contributs can do such things:

 

First:

 

A customerized front-page product display, which means display a particular product list on the main page when the user logined in, based on their "interest". For instance, if a user who's interests is, say "hardware" then gives a list of new hardware on the main page when this user login.

 

Second:

 

Interest, again, if i have a attribute of interest(or habit or whatever) for one user, is there any contribut can generate a notification and send them to this user when i add new product to this category?

 

It do not need to be what exactly i described above. It could be something similar. I have see there is contribut named Stats_Products_Notifications is this the right one? any else?

By default there is a notifiactions of new version or updates of products which is similar to what you want.

I am sure this one should be possible

What is asked is way beyond osc.

Only the general "What's new" can come close.

How do you cater for someones interests or habits.

The interest or habit can be the category which pruchased(or viewed) the most by this user.

Sorry to reply this again, but i dont think it is necessary to open a new thread for this.

 

I just want know, is there any contributes can gives a customerized product list when user login in? I mean make the main page(after login) different.

 

For instance, we have a category A, and have a product B under this category. If the user is made a notification or purchased product B, display a list of new released product under category A for this user.

 

If the user have purchased or made notification for more than one product, use the category of the most.
