kristal Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 Hi, I have an item that is set to weight=0, I added on two attributes to the item, one being equal to the price listed (e-good), and another attribute that adds on an additional $2 (tangible-good). When I add the product to my cart, and choose tangible-good for an additional $2, it also adds in weight to the item; therefore adding in additional shipping charges (I use a table rate based on weight to calculate shipping). How do I fix this so that whatever attribute customers choose per item, the weight always stays the same?

In case it helps, I've added these contributes: CCGV(trad), Product Notification Stats, and Clear CC Numbers from Orders.
Wendy James Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 If you do not want to use the weights to figure shipping, why not just try one of the many contributions for shipping? Base it by how many items or cost or something like that? Wendy James Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep.
