Discount for US customers?

We import our products into canada and sell them here. I would like to expand my area to the US. However it cost me approx. 32 cents on the dollar to bring products in. I would like to automatically give a 20% discount of the full price on products being sold in US as my distributors will drop ship. For us. Any clues.

There may be a better way, but you could use the 'easy discount' contribution. You can test the customer's country using

$customer_country_id although the delivery country is really the thing you should be testing for. I can't remember the code for that.
