How to import CSV

is there any way i can import the a table listing in the CSV file & which will will download when complete .. ???

 

in other way , if we run a particular query, then acordingly , can w get data in csv file from different tables depening on my query strings.

 

if is any way please help me ..

i want to import nearly 20,000 people/ customers in my website. but to add thoese i have to add theri informations in many tables,

so please help me in how an i make changes in all the required tables while importingh the csv files.... ???
