problems with my logo showing up in header

Hello everyone,

 

I am having a heck of a time getting my logo to show up in the header instead of the oscommerce logo. I changed the code in /catalog/includeds/header.php file. Uploaded the image to catalog/images directory but the dang logo will not show up in the main store page...it will show up in the catalog/admin page but no where else. Any ideas? Also in setting permissions I didn't see any notes if I should set permissions on a directory just for that directory, of that directory and all subdirectories and files under it?

Here is the exact code from my header.php file (DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'pcworx.gif', 'PCWorx')

I got it..no idea how..did it 100 times LOL

Filenames are case-sensitive in my experience, so that might be why.
