Permission To Access Admin

I have admin access with levels installed and haven't given myself permission to access that area.

 

When I click on "Link Categories" in the Link manager from the admin area I get the following:

 

"No Right Permission Access

Please contact your Webmaster to request

more access or if you found any problem."

 

How do I now grant myself permission?
