I don't see an option to specify the dimensions of a full-size image, just a thumbnail image. I disabled the "click to enlarge" because it did no good to see an image the exact same size.

The large image is the image that you uploaded to your store when you added the product the thumbnail is the resized image, if you want a larger image then you need to upload a larger one.
