1062 Error

1062 - Duplicate entry '1' for key 1

 

insert into address_book (customers_id, address_book_id, entry_firstname, entry_lastname, entry_street_address, entry_postcode, entry_city, entry_country_id, entry_gender, entry_company, entry_suburb, entry_zone_id, entry_state)

 

I started to recieve this error when new people sign up for my site. I noticed in the sql database its trying to give every one "1" for their address book id if that makes sense.

 

I dont understand why that would appear all of the sudden

 

 

I also get this error on the admin sign on configuration.php

Thanks in advance for your help ..im gonna smash my head through this computer screen. I have no idea whats going on.
