Fatal errors after installing Japanese

[Tahoe]

I could change languages to Japanese in the Admin site ok, but when I go to my shopping cart & pick JP, I get these 3 errors:

 

Warning: main(includes/languages/japanese/index.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /www/d/drh2com/ribbons/htdocs/index.php on line 33

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/languages/japanese/index.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /www/d/drh2com/ribbons/htdocs/index.php on line 33

 

Can you point me in the right direction what am I missing?
