Buy Membership For Discounts (optional)

I am currently looking for a module that will allow me to sell memberships. This will be optional unlike the Memberships/Subscriptions module that it is required to pay to be a member.

 

What I want to do is have the basic free membership (default) but then give customers the option of upgrading so that they can recieve everything at a certain discount rate (for example, gold members get 50% off everything for paying say $30.00 per month).

 

The closest idea is the CGDiscountSpecials (http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1673) which allows you to create customer groups, however, this wouldn't allow me to take out member fees every month.

 

Is there anything out there like this for OsCommerce yet? If so, please point me in the right direction.
