Purchase Without Account - Billing Address Cannot Be Changed

Hi there,

 

I have purchase_without_account_1.1.2a installed and when a person is checking out without an account they cannot change the billing address to something different than the shipping address.

 

I've tried all sorts of things and I've gotten nowhere. If anyone has any ideas they would be very much appreciated as it is a matter of urgency.
