Loyalty points discount not deducting from final paypal bill

Hi,

 

I am using a Points Rewards module from the contrib section, but have a problem when clients wish to redeem there points when making a payment. The system should allow for clients to select the number of points they wish to redeem against thier purchase, then deduct the value of the points from the total.

 

So far it does this within my shop, but when the site goes to the paypal payments (using PAYPAL IPN MODULE) it does not show the discount also if the client wishes to pay for the purchase using only points, then when they click 'pay' paypal still tries to take the full payment. -

I'm guessing that to solve this I need to create a new page that the cart dierects to instead of going to paypal.

 

Has anyone had the same problem, or has anyone got any ideas how I can get around this - I'm not realy a strong programmer!!!!
