Guest Posted May 4, 2006 Posted May 4, 2006 I have been fighting this meta tag battle for 6 months, and I can not figure out where any of the available internet meta tag analyser's are scanning to find my meta tag results. This is almost depressing, that I have come this far, and can not succeed by a simple task. When I set up my site, I had an index.html (www.homeofgoodies.com/index.html) to be in place while I built and customized my website. Once it was ready for the public to see, I set up a redirect link with in the index.html file to point to the now new domain (www.homeofgoodies.com/oscommerce) when I analysed my tags, it says that I only have 2 keywords, yet when I do a right click and "view source" I see more then that? Where do I place my meta tags? Any help please!! Scott www.homeofgoodies.com

phillife76 Posted June 17, 2008 Posted June 17, 2008 You will need to install a meta tags contribution.... Click here.... Been reading thru the threads and have benefit alot from it. I had also tried using the above contribution and everythings works great. I can see the description and keywords on my product page now. Just a little problem. Why is it that my index.php page is not showing any thing under the description and keyword? Infact when i m inside admin/header_tags_edit.php?... i also dont see a part that i can add description or keyword... Please advice. Thanks a great bunch.
