Pls Help! Need to Find Which Contribution is being used?

Hi there I am looking for some help to find a certain shipping contribution for my osCommerce store,

 

I have found a site with the exact system which I require, but am unable to locate the contribution which has been used

 

When more than 5 items are placed in the cart, there is no shipping cost Shown (TBC), below this a contact form which enables the customers to contact us to provide the shipping total, if any quantity below 5 is added standard shipping costs are applied

Please add more than 5 items to the cart and you will see how it works, I have checked through all contribution. but just cannot find which one this is,
