UncleSteve Posted May 3, 2006 Posted May 3, 2006 I need a way of allowing customers to make one off payments where they enter their own product description and price, then click "add to cart". Basically a miscellaneous payment option There's no contrib that I can find. I've been told most of the code is "there"! But I haven't go a clue on how to format/change it for my desired use. :( Can anyone guide me in the right direction please? Upon receiving fixes and advice, too many people don't bother to post updates informing the forum of how it went. Until of course they need help again on other issues and they come running back! Why receive the information you require in good faith for free, only to then have the attitude to ignore the people who gave it to you? There's no harm in saying, 'Thanks, it worked'. On the contrary, it creates a better atmosphere. CHOOCH
UncleSteve Posted May 4, 2006 Author Posted May 4, 2006 Hi, Thanks for your interest :) Not all my products are in my catalogue, so when I organise a 1off sale (for example labour), I need the customer to make an appropriate payment to cover the cost of which I inform them by email. Shown below is what I presently have The above is done via Paypal.
