Hi

I am looking at the contribution "All Products" 2.8 (latest one)

I do not know anything about mysql so am confused about part of the instructions.

Back to the roots.

Remember! The job of the page all_products was to show links by all products in offer for the searchengines.

I mean there must show links to FILENAME_DEFAULT with cPath and FILENAME_PRODUCT_INFO with products_id on one page.

All_products 3.0 make correctly this and fast! Every product and every category with full pathlinks. And this with

only 2 Queries by the database.

I have killed the "/name=xxxx" from the URL. Why? Every Link to FILENAME_PRODUCT_INFO in the whole shop must

look at unique. Show the products_name in the URL must be realized by a central function and use this in every

Link to FILENAME_PRODUCT_INFO!

What & where are the two queries by the database?

I found a file, which I could not open, & haven't seen before, but all the other download files are replacing/amending existing files.

catalog/includes/languages/english/vssver.scc

Can anyone help me understand this one please?

Thank you.

Good morning everyone

Please could someone help me with this query this morning as I would like to try & install this today. I am totally clueless about the database & can't see what this contribution needs doing with respects to the database.

Thanks for your help

Hi Julie,

I just installed this today. You don't need to do anything to the database.

What the notes mean is that the all_products.php page that you upload in your catalog folder, makes two database queries to list all your stores' products.

Just add the 2 new files, update the filenames.php and english.php (or whatever language) and add a link to the page somewhere.
