How can I remove products from a particular category and then re-add them?

How can I go about removing certain products from a particular category (all at once), then reimport them all? (I'm using easy populate)..

well if the product is only in 1 cat you cand press the red button next to it ( that will remove it from all other categories as well) but if you want to remove it from one and not others you can select the product, then press delete and choose from were do you want to delete it from.

 

and then re link it to the proper categoriy
